It has been a cold, cold winter so far but the snow is beautiful and the sun is bright!
The main cabin, the “Outback” is in need of new flooring. We have thought about different options but have decided that since soil, leaves and mud are tracked into the cabin the best option would be simple wood flooring painted with porch sealer.
Getting to work on this project this weekend. There is so much snow to tramp through though it will be difficult to haul to required materials back there.
It is only 3 months until we “open” for the season and there is actually a lot to get done before then, so a little cold and snow shouldn’t hold us back.
A poster will be up in March to announce the opening, So watch for that in Regina.
